  • Daily breakfast will be provided for guests. Guests will only be responsible for paying for meals outside of the villa. Expect to eat at the best restaurants the town and surrounding area offers.

    We’ll have a private chef come prepare dinner one of the evenings.

  • Guests are responsible for paying for their own flights, however, your private AUN travel consultant will optimize your flight bookings for you.

    You’ll fly in and out of LAX, or San Diego if more convenient.

This stunning beach house boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is just a 1-minute walk from the ocean with breathtaking views of the Pacific. Each bedroom is privately enclosed with its own bathroom for maximum privacy. The house features a massive backyard that overlooks a serene lagoon. Exclusively for guests of AUN, this villa offers complete privacy and a range of luxurious amenities, including a private community beach, 4 tennis courts, available bikes, ping pong table, a private sun deck, high-speed WiFi, and a TV with a Bluetooth sound system.
